Refund Policy for Products on www.vista-intl.com
At www.vista-intl.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or refund on products returned to us within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Process for Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@vista-intl.com within 7 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 15 – 20 working days. The refund will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Digital products such as gift cards and e-books
- Perishable items such as food and flowers
- Personalized or customized products
- Products marked as final sale
