- Your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized items or products marked as “No exchange or No return” are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Include the RAN with your return package, along with a copy of the original packing slip.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 15 – 20 working days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24hrs of delivery, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
- We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) to process your return.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website.
- International Returns:
- International returns are subject to the same eligibility requirements and return process as outlined above.
- We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs or duties, incurred during the return process.
